Q. Purchased a domain from another carrier but want to host with us?

A. If you still have time that you've paid for, you can simply tell your current registrar to use our DNS servers to resolve the site back to us. Then its a matter of you adding your site to our dns record and configuring your account to use that domain as well.

This will only be good until you renew with your registrar or decide to transfer it to us in the future.

-OR-

You can transfer your domain to our server right away (Pending the 60 day ICANN lock for newly created domains or transfered domains. For more information on this click the link below). Keep in mind, this takes a few days to occur. Your site will be still held with your current registrar until they randomly cut off service. Keep in mind, they don't let you know that its about to be dropped and you risk having a website outtage until you notice it's down.

How to transfer:
The transfer process is really easy to accomplish though. All you have to do is login to your registrar and get the EPP key that pertains to your domain name "Godaddy calls this Authorization Info:" . It is normally located on the main screen for the domain. Once this is done, MAKE SURE YOUR DOMAIN IS UNLOCKED!

Login to The-Ratpack.com with your credentials and click the "Transfer Domain" link on the right. Enter your old domain and click ok. It will now ask you for your EPP Key. Enter it and click ok. Follow the steps and pay the transfer fee.

It's that simple... It reallys sounds harder than it really is..
